B.R.A.V.I.N.G. – A Reminder

About two years ago, I stumbled upon the work of Brené Brown and fell. in. love! It was as if she was speaking the words the I have been wanting to say but did not have the vocabulary for. I started watching her on Oprah, Ted Talks, and whatever was available on YouTube. I will admit though, there were a few things that I had to watch a few times to really grasp, I simply think I was not ready to take it in the first few times. One of those things was an acrostic she came up with - "BRAVING"- which covers some key elements to ensure positive, meaningful and constructive relationship with others.
